Creating Performance Max Assets
To create a Google PMAX asset, first click on the Asset Management tab along the left-side navigation bar as shown below.

Select the “+” button to build a new asset, select the Google channel, and click “Next” to advance to the next section.
Note: Google standard specs and best practice recommendations still apply to assets built in the Symbiosys UI.
Select your desired asset type and click “Next” to continue.
Performance Max Asset Types
Google PMAX activations have the following requirements:
1:1 static image asset
1.9:1 static image asset
Text asset
Video asset (optional but highly recommended for optimal performance)

Image Assets
To create an image ad, select “Image” and advance to the next step.
Select your desired aspect ratio and leverage the cropping tool if needed.
Enter your text components of the ad and click “Submit” to submit the asset for retailer approval.
Note: Destination URL must drive to a landing page within the retailer’s website.
Text Assets
To create a text ad, select “Ad Text” and click “Next” to advance to the next step.
Enter your text components of the ad and click “Submit” to submit the asset for retailer approval.
Note: Destination URL must drive to a landing page within the retailer’s website.
Once the asset has been approved by the retailer, the asset will then be available for selection within the campaign workflow.
