Google Merchant Center (GMC) Product Feed

Overview

Symbiosys uses your Google Merchant Center (GMC) product feed to display products in the Symbiosys UI and to promote them on search and social channels.

To grant access, simply add Symbiosys as a Standard user in your GMC account. Symbiosys will then be able to download the feed directly.

Instructions

1. Sign In:

A user with admin access must sign in to your GMC account.

2. Navigate to Account Access:

Click the Tools icon in the top-right corner. Go to Settings > Account Access.

3. Add Symbiosys as a User:

Click Add User. Enter system@symbiosys.ai and assign Standard Access.
