Microsoft Ads (formerly Bing)

Overview

Symbiosys requires access to a Microsoft Ads account for Microsoft Ads support. This can be an existing account or one created specifically for Symbiosys (preferred). The ad account will be linked to the Symbiosys Microsoft Ads Manager account.

Additionally, you may choose to provide Symbiosys with access to your core Microsoft ad account to unlock additional features like the Brand Opportunities Report.

Instructions

1. Log In to Microsoft Ads.

2. [Optional] Create New, Symbiosys-specific Microsoft Ads Account:

Name the ad account using the format: “{Retailer}_{label}_Symbiosys”.

3. Request to Link Ad Account:

   1. On the left-hand navigation, go to All Accounts, then click View all accounts. Click Link to accounts. Enter the Symbiosys Manager account number: G1450013T4.

   2. Your Symbiosys Sales Engineer will approve the request.

4. [Optional] Share Core Ad Account:

   1. Repeat Step 3 for your core ad accounts.
