Supplemental Feed

Symbiosys will upload a supplemental feed to GMC account to add additional columns and, if required, override existing columns.

• We may use a custom_label column to indicate which products are being advertised in Symbiosys campaigns so that you can exclude these products from your core campaigns.

Seller Mapping Files

If your business is seller-based, meaning that you are partnered with multiple vendors that sell one or more of the same brand (in which case the advertiser is not necessarily the brand), Symbiosys will need to map products to sellers. If seller information isn’t included in your GMC feed, we may request that you add a seller_id column OR provide a separate file that maps sellers to products.

• When providing seller mapping files, please ensure that the brand and vendor names are consistent.
