Accounts & Roles

Symbiosys supports single-sign-on (SSO) for Google-owned and Google-registered accounts. If your site domain (retailer.com) is registered with Google Workspace, then your employee can log into the platform using their company email address (employee@retailer.com).

The Symbiosys platform uses a role-based access control (RBAC) permissions model. You will choose from the roles in the below diagram when inviting an employee to the platform.

Timezone

By default, the timezone displayed in your Symbiosys account will reflect the timezone used in your ad accounts. If you have any specific timezone requirements, notify your Symbiosys contact.

Report Syncing

You can pull reports from the Symbiosys platform by connecting your AWS or GCS account.
