*Event Data Integration: Methods & Data Sources
Below is an overview of the methods we support for event data integration, some of their advantages, and some commonly used data sources for each. Data can be sourced from platforms not listed here. Hybrid methods are common (e.g., client-side tag for web, file dump for app).
[Preferred] BigQuery Transfer – Send data from BigQuery or via GA4 export.
Advantages: low-code/no-code, fast, less complexity, easier maintenance

Event API Integration – Use the Symbiosys Event API to stream data directly from your site/app to Symbiosys via client- or server-side tag.
Advantages: real-time data ingestion, turnkey integrations available in Google Tag Manager and Tealium; compatibility with other data storage platforms.
