*Microsoft Ads (formerly Bing)

Overview

Symbiosys requires access to a new Microsoft Ads account to support a Microsoft Ads integration. The ad account will be linked to the Symbiosys Microsoft Ads Manager account.

Additionally, you may choose to provide Symbiosys with access to your core Microsoft ad account to unlock additional features like the Brand Opportunities Report.

Instructions

1. Log In to Microsoft Ads.

2. Create Symbiosys Ad Account:

a. Name the ad account using the format: “{Retailer}_{label}_Symbiosys”.

b. Ensure that your Catalog is linked to this ad account.

3. Request to Link Ad Account:

   1. On the left-hand navigation, go to All Accounts, then click View all accounts. Click Link to accounts. Enter the Symbiosys Manager account number: G1450013T4.

   2. Your Symbiosys Sales Engineer will approve the request.

4. [Optional] Share Core Ad Account:

   1. Repeat Step 4 for your core ad accounts.
