What’s New in May

  • Launch multi-channel Sponsored Product campaigns across DoorDash Onsite and Retailer Onsite (powered by Criteo) inventory

  • Improved lifetime budget recalculations when advertiser margin updates occur

1. Multi-Channel Campaign Support for DoorDash Onsite and Retailer Onsite (Powered by Criteo)

Advertisers can now manage DoorDash Onsite and Retailer Onsite Sponsored Product placements within a single campaign workflow, simplifying setup and cross-channel execution. Advertisers must be enabled for both channels in order to use this feature.

Channel segmentation is now available within the Campaigns report to support channel-level performance analysis.

Availability: Limited availability to select retailers and advertisers

2. Additional improvements and fixes include:

  • Advertiser margin update process: Advertiser margin updates now apply only to the remaining unspent budget for active lifetime budget campaigns.

  • Custom retailer branding extended to the retailer console: The retailer’s custom branding is now applied to the retailer’s view of the platform.
